Abstract

¸ñÀû: 3.6 mm ÀÌÇÏ Á¼Àº Á÷°æ ÀÓÇöõÆ®ÀÇ ÀÏÁ¤ ±â°£ »ýÁ¸À²À» Ãʱâ°íÁ¤ °ª°ú ¹æ»ç¼±ÇÐÀû °èÃøÀ» ÅëÇØ ºÐ¼®Çغ¸°íÀÚ ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

¿¬±¸ Àç·á ¹× ¹æ¹ý: 24¸íÀÇ È¯ÀÚ¿¡ ½Ä¸³µÈ Á÷°æ 3.6 mm ÀÌÇÏ, ±æÀÌ 7 mm ÀÌ»óÀÇ 38°³ÀÇ ÀÓÇöõÆ®¸¦ Á¶»çÇÏ¿´´Ù. ½Ä¸³µÈ ÀÓÇöõÆ®ÀÇ platform Á÷°æ, body Á÷°æ, ±æÀÌ, ½Ä¸³ ºÎÀ§ µîÀ» È®ÀÎÇÏ¿´°í ½Ä¸³ ½Ã °ñÀ¯µµÀç»ý¼úÀÇ µ¿¹Ý ½ÃÇà ¿©ºÎ, ¿Ï¼ºµÈ º¸Ã¶ÀÇ ÇüŸ¦ È®ÀÎÇÏ¿´´Ù. Ãʱâ°íÁ¤ °ªÀº ÀÓÇöõÆ® ½Ä¸³ Á÷ÈÄ ÃøÁ¤ÇÑ implant stability quotient (ISQ) °ªÀ» È®ÀÎÇÏ¿´°í, ¹æ»ç¼± »çÁøÀ» ÅëÇØ ½Ä¸³µÈ ÀÓÇöõÆ®ÀÇ ±Ù ¿ø½É marginal bone level (MBL)À» ÃøÁ¤ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á°ú: Àüü ÀÓÇöõÆ®ÀÇ »ýÁ¸À²Àº 92.11% À̾ú°í ISQ°ªÀº Æò±Õ 66.26À¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù. »ýÁ¸ÇÑ ÀÓÇöõÆ®ÀÇ MBL º¯È­´Â Æò±Õ 0.14 ¡¾ 0.31 mm¸¦ ³ªÅ¸³»¾ú´Ù. Platform Á÷°æÀÌ body Á÷°æº¸´Ù Å« ÀÓÇöõÆ® Áß ½ÇÆÐÇÑ ÀÓÇöõÆ®´Â ¾ø¾ú´Ù.

°á·Ð: Á¼Àº Á÷°æÀÇ ÀÓÇöõÆ®´Â Á¼Àº Á÷°æÀÇ Ä¡Á¶Á¦¿¡ ¾ÈÁ¤ÀûÀÎ Ä¡·á °á°ú¸¦ ³ªÅ¸³½´Ù »ç·áµÈ´Ù.

Purpose: The purpose of present study was to retrospectively analyze the survival rate of narrow diameter implant less than 3.6 mm by initial stability and radiographic measurements.

Materials and Methods: In total, 24 patients who received 38 narrow diameter implants (¡Â 3.6 mm in diameter, ¡Ã 7 mm in length) were enrolled in this retrospective study. The cumulative survival rate was calculated and various factors were investigated according to the implant platform diameter, body diameter, length, position, concomitant use of guided bone regeneration in implant placement and final prosthesis type. Initial stability was investigated with implant stability quotient (ISQ) value. The mesial and distal marginal bone level (MBL) change was calculated with radiography.

Results: The overall survival rate was 92.11%. Mean ISQ value and MBL change of survival implants was 66.26 and 0.14 ¡¾ 0.31 mm, respectively. None of the implants with platform diameters larger than the body diameter failed.

Conclusion: In conclusion, the findings of present study suggest that narrow diameter implant could be predictable treatment in narrow alveolar ridge.
